Your First Visit to CHBC

We would love to have you and your family as our guests.

Handicapped parking is available near the Sanctuary and in front of the Education Building. Ramp access is available in front of both buildings. One wheelchair is available on a first come-first served basis.

Greeters will be awaiting your arrival at our Welcome Center in the Sanctuary. There you will be given a packet of information regarding ministries, service opportunities, and church membership. They will help you find the Sunday School class that is the best fit for you and your family and guide you to the appropriate class.

Children, youth, and adults meet in the Education Building for Sunday School. Senior and young adults meet for Sunday School in the Sanctuary.

Sunday morning worship is a blend of traditional and contemporary music. You may use either a hymnal or the projected slides to follow along during worship. Most people wear Sunday best, but you are encouraged to come just as you are.

Extended nursery is offered for children under the age of 4. Children over the age of 4 are encouraged to join their families in service. Before the sermon, Pastor Randy invites the children to the altar steps to hear a special message.

Those wishing to publicly announce their desire to follow Christ, be baptized, or to join us in membership are invited to do so. Service ends with a song of dismissal where we join hands as a unified community to praise our Lord.

Sunday evening service is a more casual, intimate event. A short worship time is followed by Bible study led by Pastor Randy. A special time is devoted to praying for personal prayer requests. Both guests and members are encouraged to share their requests and praises. Once a month in the summer, the evening service is held outdoors and followed by special times of food and fellowship.

Both morning and evening services last approximately one hour.

After your visit, we would love to contact you and answer any questions you may have or help you get plugged into our community. Please fill out the information form and turn it into the Welcome Center in order to receive a free gift.

We look forward to meeting you!

If you are in need of prayer, counseling, visitation, or assistance please contact our church office or our deacons of the week: Gene Ryder/Joe Gray
